State Senator Erica Harriss held her annual Free Community Shred Event and Clean-Up Day on Saturday at the Wood River Police Department.
More than 150 cars attended this year’s event, despite the cold and rainy weather.
Residents from across the 56th District were able to confidentially shred unwanted documents and donate items to local charities.
Senator Harriss would like to thank the following organizations for participating in this year’s event:
